Hi friend,
We know that
Power = V²/R
R= V²/P
(1) given,
V=220V. P=100W
R= 220×220/100
R= 484 ohm.
(2) given
V=220V. P=60W
R= 220×220/60
R=807 ohm (appx.)
:- bulb (b ) has higher resistance than bulb (a).
Hope this helped you a little!!!!

Answer:
The 220V, 60W bulb has more resistance.
Explanation:
Power = V^2/R
R = V^2/P
Case 1,
V = 220, P = 100W
R = 220*220/100 = 484ohm (approx.)
Case 2,
V = 220, P = 60W
R = 220*220/60 = 807ohm
So, Case 2 has more resistance.
