Cripps proposal came to india in1942.

1 All portfolios except that of defence were to be transferred to the Indians.Immediately after the war, a Constituent Assembly was to be set up; it had the right to decide whether India was to remain a member of the Commonwealth or not.The Indian Provinces were given the right of secession from the Centre after 10 years.

The Cripps Mission declared that entire India was to be a Dominion in internal as well as external affairs and after the war its constitution was to be framed by an elected body which was to be accepted by the British Government. But any province could choose to remain out of the Union of India and it could then frame its own constitution.

Congress rejected that as they did not like the idea of separation and muslim league rejected as they did not want to wait on constitution purposes.

The National Solar Mission

The Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission, also known as National Solar Mission, is one of the eight key National Mission’s which comprise India’s National Action Plan on Climate Change(NAPCC). NAPCC was launched on 30th June 2008 which identified development of solar energy technologies in the country  as  a  National Mission. Finally on January 11, 2010 GoI approved National Solar Mission.

The Solar Mission recommends the implementation in 3 stages leading up to an installed capacity of 20,000 MW by the end of the 13th Five Year Plan in 2022.
