Global warming is known as the pollution indicator because when the air is polluted with greenhouse gases such as carbondioxide, methane etc. the heat from the land cannot go out into the atmosphere for the land to cool down at night because of the obstruction or the hinderence made by the greenhouse gases.The polar ice caps are melting because of increase in global warming.
