which is meant by universal Adult franchise? which two categories of person were benefitted by this right

Universal Adult Franchise means the right to vote given to every person above the age of 18 in a country. The poor and backward classes were affected by it.

Universal Adult Franchise means the right to vote given to each and every citizen of a country... the poor and backward classes like OBC..SC...ST...were benefitted.......
