Mass of the body is fundamental.Mass is more fundamental because it is constant for an object. The weight of an object can change based on the force of gravity.
Hope this helps:-)

Heyaa!!

Mass is fundamental

It is because mass is the Actuall quantity of any body without the gravity whereas weight is not Actuall quantity including with th gravity
it means if the gravity changes weight will be changes but the mass will not change as it is Actual quantity

For ex - If any people" Whose" wieght is 48 kg in the earth when those body goes to moon where the gravity is 1/6th of the earth his weight will be

 = > \frac{1}{6} \times 48 = > 8 Newton
but his mass will be remain constant

hop this proof can help u alot

plzz mark it as brainliest

JunaidMirza: Unit of Weight is Newton. Unit of Mass is kg
TheAishtonsageAlvie: sorry
