Type of conservation which takes place in the forest is called in situ conservation eg. not hunting, protecting wildlife, making biosphere reserves, wildlife sanctuaries etc.

Ex situ conservation is not in the forests eg. reducing the use of paper, banning ther sale of animal products like tiger skins etc.
