The arrangement of atomic nuclei must be same in all the resonating structures and all of them must also contain the same number of paired electrons unpaired electrons.

Different resonating structures may differ in the way of distribution of electrons.

The energies of all of the resonating structures are almost same.

so identical bonding is not true friend resonance

I think that these all are true for resonance because these all things should be in balance .
identical bonding is correct , atoms arrangement also and all other two also
