according to net there are many drugs but as a mbbs student i can say ncbi has prescribed Rifampicin and isoniazid as the main drugs used today.

and if the question why antibiotics are used it is becoz tuberculosis is caused by bacteria called mycobacterium tuberculoi and anti biotic create hinderence in bilogical pathway of the bacteria
