Sanskrit is the language of Gods. It is also known as Devnagari language as the same language isused by the Gods. There is no father but the creator is himself the founder of this language which he used to compose the Vedas. If you ask about its grammar, the Panini is the writer of its grammar [he wrote it according to the advice and instruction of Lord Shiva] which helped human to understand the devine language.
