Case 1 : if I have to use all the three given digit atleast once....

Firstly even no is the no ending 0,2,4,6,8

Here out of three given digit only 2 is the even no

So 2 should be in ones place like - -2

Nd one more condition given in questn is no should be largest so 3 should be in hundredth place like 3–2

Now I hv to use 1 also

So no will be 312 which is the largest even no formed by 1,2,3 which is used atleast once....

Case 2 when there is no restriction of using all the digit atleast once

Than 332 will be the largest.....
