Kolb (1974) views learning as an integrated process with each stage being mutually supportive of and feeding into the next. It is possible to enter the cycle at any stage and follow it through its logical sequence. However, effective learning only occurs when a learner can execute all four stages of the model.

Learning is one of the most important process which a student must undergo in all of his life so that he can be a better human. The main aim of the learning is to educate the student about the good and the bad and also educate him about the consequences of the future. The best form of learning is experimental learning which should be followed by all over the world. It includes the conduction of a experiment and learning from the outcome of the experiment.
