It is the hottest part of a flame and is in blue colour.It is known as the non luminious zone.Hope it helps and pls mark as the best answer. :-)

The outermost part of a flame is The Non-Luminous zone which is Blue in colour.It is called Non-Luminous zone Beacuse that zone doesnt emit much of light due to compelte combustion due to enough supply of oxygen. Hope it helps you!! :)
