I dont know what plane U are trying to say but if it is the planes of atmosphere then I would say it is the stratosphere because U can see the planes travelling through it. Though we can see it as a very tiny thing but still we can see it. And thats the sphere visible among the tropos, stratos, metos, Ionos and exos, spheres.
