Please excuse, You cannot find any place in Kerala which speaks pure Malayalam. Let me first try to define “Pure Malayalam” :
“Pure Malayalam (probably every language) is a form of Malayalam language which is used in written communication, especially in Text Books, News Papers, language magazines like ‘Mathrubhoomi’, ‘Bhashapohini’, ‘Pachakkuthira’ etc. It i also used by News Readers in TV channels, Akashavani Radio and orators in their speeches.”

There are no districts in Kerala whose residents can speak the correct form of Malayalam.
Malayalam is a spoken language particularly some states in India, mainly in Kerala state. It is one of India's 22 planned languages. Kerala has its official language as Malayalam which is spoken by people who lives in border of states like Tamil Nadu and Karnataka also.
In Kerala we can't find a place that speaks pure Malayalam. We can find theorie of pure Malayalam only in books, media papers and magazines only.
