-» There is no internal democracy within political parties as all the parties in the world tend to gain more power which in turn is rested in the hands of few political leaders.

-» They do not have membership registers, do not conduct meetings and do not conduct internal elections regularly.

-» Ordinary and sincere members of the party do not get information of the happenings of the party in general.

-» Hence, the big leaders assume greater power in taking important decisions of the party and they do not even consult the members.

-» So, the loyal members find it difficult to stay in the party and hence, this dissatisfaction proves fatal to leaders as they are losing the honest and loyal members.
