Canning and bottling: Here, fruits and vegetables are kept in airtight container. So that no more micro-organism can get into in it.
Drying: Drying dehydrates fruits and vegetables and are then kept into sealed container.
Chemical preservation: Some safe chemicals like salt, oil, sugar or vinegar can be added to the food to stop the bacteria and fungi from feeding and growing.
