"Jack of all trades" is Vitamin D

A, B, C, D, E, K  are the classifications of vitamins that are recognized as necessary for individuals. The body needs these vitamins in order to sustain essential functions. Vitamin D – a jack of all trades is most essential because a grown-up man requires about 20 µg of vitamin D each day. Up to 90% of the needed vitamin D is commonly generated by the body. But  a critical vitamin D insufficiency can induce myopathy, which can provoke muscle vulnerability and pain.
