As from 2nd century BC Roman Empire began to expand outwards, it comprised of many modern day countries.

Romans came from Italy.

They invaded many modern day countries of Europe and some of North Africa.

Among all the countries invaded by Roman Empire, Britain, Spain, France, Turkey and Egypt are some of the significant ones.
