Pacemakers. En espanol. Electrical impulses from the heart muscle cause your heart to beat (contract). This electrical signal begins in the sinoatrial (SA) node, located at the top of the heart's upper-right chamber (the right atrium). The SA node is sometimes called the heart's “natural pacemaker.”

Hey Buddy !☺

The SA (Sinoatrial) node is called the Pacemaker of Heart.

This is because these nodes contains cells in the walls of right atrium that has got the ability to spontaneously initiate the electric impulse that leads to the contraction of the Heart.
