Which nitrogen base present in RNA but not in DNA?

It is present in RNA complementary to adenine ( instead of thymine which is present in DNA). Its more reactive than thymine and can be easily converted to cytosine. Uracil - the only nitrogenous base found in RNA not in DNA.
