Heya!!
( 5x + 9 )/ ( 1 + 3x ) =
{ A× ( 1 + 3x ) + B ( 1 + 3x ) }/ ( 1 + 3x )³
=>
( 5x + 9 ) =
A + B ( 3x + 1 )
=>
Now compare Coffecients of x and Coffecients of constant terms we get.
5 = 3B
B = 5/3
9 = A + B .... Equation ( i )
9 = ( A + 5/3 )
9 -5/3 = A
A = 22/3
( 5x + 9 )/ ( 1 + 3x ) =
{ A× ( 1 + 3x ) + B ( 1 + 3x ) }/ ( 1 + 3x )³
=>
( 5x + 9 ) =
A + B ( 3x + 1 )
=>
