➡ Milk contains almost all nutrients, but vitamins such as niacin, vitamin C, folate, vitamin B6, vitamin E & K and pantothenic acid are present in very less amount. So milk is not considered a major source of the mentioned vitamins in the diet.

Milk is a good source of thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin B 12.
Milk contains small amounts of niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and folate..
But
And this are not considered a major source of vitamins..
