It would be granite,and maybe soil not sure but S waves don't go through liquids.Here's a little something I found on google..


S waves, or secondary waves, are the waves directly following the P waves. ... They travel about 1.7 times slower than P waves. Because liquids will not sustain shear stresses, S waves will not travel through liquids like water, molten rock, or the Earth's outer core.
