Option (D) is correct.

Data Transfer is not a condition of Dead Lock.

About condition of Dead Lock :

  • A deadlock is a process by which two or even more processes are waiting for each other.
  • There are four possible scenarios that might lead to a deadlock. The Coffman requirements are a set of four criteria that are not necessarily mutually exclusive.
  • Some of the possibilities are mutual exclusion, hold and wait, no Preemption, and circular wait. All four elements must be completed at the same moment for a deadlock to occur.
