Which of process separates ammonia from wastewater?

The best way depends on the amount of water to be treated and wether you want to obtain dry ammonia or not. Since ammonia and water bond very strongly, I don’t think distillation, which is a viable method, will produce dry ammonia unless you use a scrubber. One method used for waste water is to add NaOH in order to revert NH4OH to NH3 and then use air stripping, another employes special membranes and another one transforms ammonia into N2 through a series of redox reactions.
