The three phases of Incident response maturity assessment are Prepare, Respond, and Followup.

• Prepare is the phase where we conduct assessment session for the organization or for the certain project on which the organization is working on. An appropriate control framework is to be made with the help of the co-workers to move on to the next phase.
• The respond phase is that phase where we identify cyber security incident and take appropriate actions depending on the severity of the situations that arise.
• The last Phase is the followup. In this phase we  investigate the reports and feedback thoroughly, upload key information and analysis.
