the option (i) is the correct option because the sides of triangle are pythagorean triplet
they follow the pythagoreas theorem

Right angled triangle must have the following situation:-
H² = P² + B²

It is satisfying by (i).
(1.5)² + 2² = (2.5)² = 6.25cm².
