Among all these only H30+ will undergo neutralization reaction since neutralization reaction is that reaction in which the acid and the base is broken up in its hydronium and hydroxyl groups and then it undergoes further reaction.

Likewise HX + XOH -> HX + H2O will form which is acid with base will give salt and water. Thus, now here the acid is in H+ and X- form and the base is in X+ and OH- form.

Here only H30 is in its acid form and has replaceable H+ ions.
