a was the correct answer since empty set has no elements ,so emptyset is subset of every set

Here we have 4 kind of options .

We have to find which of the statement is correct

  • The option A denotes Null set is a subset of set a and b.

            Here ,every set has null set as its subset.

  • The option B denotes Null set is an element of set a,b.

             Null set cannot be an element.

  • The option C denotes the set a is an element of set a,b.

             A set cannot be an element of another set.

  • The option D denotes a is a subset of a set a,b.

              An element cannot be a subset of a proper set.

Based on above conclusions the option A is correct because every set has null set as its subset.
