lack of implentation-some greedy people make error in this programme
no it is wrong
lack of right targeting-govt only see to the poor people but don't see the main reason behind poverty
overlapping scheme-In India if one scheme fail then govt starts another scheme this leads to overlapping of scheme
lack of implentation-govt didn't focus on the problem seriously if it could then a nation can safe out from poverty
