Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

N’ number of rational number exists between any two rational numbers. But, to answer your question.

The easiest way to find two rational numbers between 1/4 and 1/2. Make their denominator same by taking L.C.M.

So L.C.M. of 4 and 2 is = 4

So the numbers will become 1/4 and 2/4 when we convert it into decimal form. It will become 0.25 and 0.50

Now, choose any two numbers like lets say, 0.30 and 0.40.

Another method is add this two rational numbers like numerator with numerator and denominator with denominator. ( Generally it is not done this way. But, its just an alternative).

For eg. 1/4+1/2=2/6 i.e. 1/3

So 1/3 is number between 1/4 and 1/2.

So the order is 1/4 < 1/3 < 1/2

Now to add another number take any two numbers. Lets say first two numbers. So it will be like 1/4 + 1/3 = 2/7

So two rational number are 1/3 and 2/7

Hope this helps.

Cheers
