EXPLANATION.

Which of the following is not same as,

⇒ 98 x 107.

Using the identities we can write expression as,

⇒ 98 = 100 - 2.

⇒ 107 = 100 + 7.

Option : A.

⇒ 98 x (100 + 7)

It is true.

Option : B.

⇒ (100 - 2) x 107.

It is true.

Option : C.

⇒ 98 + (100 x 7).

if we multiply the expression,

⇒ 100 x 7 = 700.

⇒ 98 + 700 = 798.

But if we multiply 98 x 107 it will come 10486.

It is false.

Option : D.

⇒ 98 x 107 = 10486.

It is true.

∴ Option [C] is not same as 98 x 107.
