Considering the annual per capita income based on the entire population and doing some math and statistics doesn’t measure or equate the poverty factor in india. There are lot of people poor and in distress who are barely considered for votes and neglected while taking a survey to know about the per capita of each individual in india. Poverty sticken people are there in all parts of slums and little towns, villages in INDIA. people say it’s still a developing country. With the current political scenarios do you thing india would progress ahead and compete among the other countries, There are some reforms when a new govt is elected but consider the unemployment, less base fare to farmers, increasing inflation. There are many factors that need to be considered to measure poverty in our land of culture and heritage.
