Option 3 is wrong  because  we know that charge as well as mass on proton is fixed whereas in case of anode rays e/m ratio is not constant because we know that anode rays are produced as a result of knock out of electrons from atom, sometime one electron is ejected or sometimes two therefore  different charge on each atom that is different e/m ratio(in case of anode rays)
