according to my life experience,and rumor or myths i heard i go with the option B), why,cuz all other problem in the option can be cured by the regular exercise.and it is one of the most essential daily deed of a person which a person usually ignores everyday.....

Eating junk food can cause an increase in the fat level of the body so diseases like hypertension and hyperlipidemia can develop in the future. In the other hand smoking cigarettes can cause chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after a long time taking the cigarette.

Not wearing a seat belt can cause the accident which can be happened due to bad weather, poor judgment, etc. But not exercising for atleast half-an-hour a day will not create direct harm in the body.
