If different wattages bulbs are connected in parallel, bulb with high watts will glow brighter than low wattage bulb or you can say both glow at their rated illuminates.

In second condition If different wattages bulbs are connected in series , bulb with low watts will glow brighter than high wattage bulb or you can say small wattage bulb glow at their rated illuminates and high wattage bulb glow low than it’s rated illuminates because it suffers from lower current in circuit.

Answer:

The statements which are correct among the following given statements are basically statement 2 and statement 3.

(2) If bulbs of different wattages are joined in parallel, then the highest wattage bulb glows with the maximum brightness.

(3) If bulbs of different wattages are joined in series, then the lowest wattage bulb glows with maximum brightness.

Explanation:

Voltage (additionally referred to as electric potential difference, electromotive force emf, electric pressure, or electric tension) is described as the electrical potential difference in keeping with unit charge among two points in an electric powered field. Voltage is expressed mathematically (e.g. in formulas) with the usage of the symbol “V” or “E”.

We can define the voltage as the quantity of potential energy among two points in a circuit. One point has a better potential and the other points have lower potential. The difference in charge among better potential and decrease potential is referred to as a voltage or potential difference.

The voltage or potential difference offers the force to the electrons to go with the drift thru the circuit. The better the voltage, the extra the force, and subsequently the extra electrons flowing thru the circuit.
