3/5 and 2/3

LCM of 5 and 3= 15

3×3/5×3 and 2×5/3×5

9/15 and 10/ 15

The number between 9 and 10= 9.5.

Therefore the answer is 9.5/10.

One way is to get a common denominator (3 x 5 =15)
Change your fractions using your common denominator to
3/5= 9/15 & 2/3= 10/15
so now you've got 9/15, 10/15and you want anything in between those numbers.... multiply everything by 2 and you get 18/30 and 20/30 so in between would be 19/30... but that's only one fraction between your two given fractions...you could keep multiplying everything by two (18/30 & 19/30 & 20/30)and keep getting more and more smaller fractions between them all. So there are an infinite number of fractions between not only your original fractions but every correct answer you come up with.Example:
18/30,19/30,20/30 all multiplied by 2
gives you 36/60, 38/60, 40/60 all of have fractions between your original 2 (37/60, 39/60) ...and it goes on and on.......
