RIGHT TO EQUALITY.

I CONSIDER IT MOST IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT REDUCE DISCRIMINATION BASED ON COLOUR, CASTE, GENDER, RANK, AND OTHER SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.

Right to equality

Explanation:

A constitution is a set of fundamental legal-political policies to secure all its citizens Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity.

Some of the objectives are as follows -

(1) Binding on all people in the state, including ordinary law making establishments.

(2) Subject the shape and operation of the institutions of government, political  ideas and the citizen rights.

(3) Independent to conduct internal as well as external affairs .

(4) Government by means of the people, of the people, for the people

(5) As a minimum, meet the internationally recognized criteria for a democratic system  in terms of representation and human rights.

(6) Respecting all religions equally

Most important objective is right to equality because it prevents discrimination among different cast, creed and religion.
