The ancient gurus lived a pure life which inspired their disciples. I would like to learn that quality.

They also preached moral values and ethics in day-to-day life. I would like to include moral teaching as a part of professional education.

Their teaching style was practical like Dronacharya teaching Arjun to hit the bird's eye. I would like to explain by examples and demos.

You don't have to adopt any qualities from anyone, this is what a Guru will teach you.

Becoming a Guru is not a subjective course what one attempt for and become a Guru. A Guru is the one who experienced the Truth and is conscious about the Truth every moment. Now, this dimension is only about experience and seeking the ultimate. This was the practice and is the practice if one is willing to seek or experience the Truth, nor the Truth nor the process is subject to change.
