Weather changes frequently whereas climate remains constant for a ling time.
Weather refers to the condition of the atmosphere at a particular place and time. Weather varies both with time and place, for instance at a particular place it may be sunny during day while it may become cloudy in the noon. Similarly it may be a sunny day at one place whereas it may be cloudy at the other.
On the other hand climate refers to the average weather conditions prevailing over a place for a long time, for instance during May - September India experiences summer season. It doesn't changes with place and time. All the places in India have same climate irrespective of the weather.
