LOK SABHA IS MORE POWERFUL THAN RAJYA SABHA....
MONEY BILL CAN ONLY BE PRESENT IN LOK SABHA AND THERE IS NO AUTHORITY OF RAJYA SABHA......

In democracy number matters and clearly Loksabha has a edge over Rajyasabha in term of numbers.
The fate of government depends on its strength in Loksabha. The point of time a government loses its vote of trust in Loksabha it has to resign.
Money bill can only be introduced in Loksabha and the upper house has to pass it in 15 days.
If there is any dispute on any bill between the Loksabha and Rajyasabha then fate of bill is decided in joint conference where views of Loksabha is most likely to prevail because of its strength count.
