Acclimatization occurs over a short period. Because acclimatization namely gives information about gradual change with environment, climate, surrounding atmosphere. It belongs to present. Take some examples. eg. Like, sudden temperature of climate goes down, you are going for winter cloths. It is acclimatization. But if this winter session run continuously for long time like 40 to 50 years; then new offspring have a adaption to fight with winter. This is Adaptation.
