Let us follow the flow of the liquid step by step .

The liquid, from the container is first poured into glass 1.

Glass 1 has two open outlets to glass 2 and 3 respectively .

Glass 3 is at a lower position than glass 2.

So , glass 3 will get filled before glass 2.

Now , let us see the closed outlets .

Glass 5, 6 and 7 respectively are closed .

So, the liquid in glass 2 has only one place to flow , glass 2 and the liquid in glass 3 has no where to go .

Hence, liquid in glass 2 directly flows in glass 4 . First glass 4 has to get filled then glass 2 .

Meanwhile glass 3 has no delay in getting filled .

So, glass 2 is also out of the solution .

Now , between glass 3 and glass 4

Glass 3 outlet is at a lower level from glass 1 .

So , the liquid reaches glass 3 first than glass 2.

The liquid in glass 2 has to go to glass 4 then , which takes more time .
