Hi friend!!

#Hens came first because they have a protein in their ovaries.

#The protein – called ovocledidin-17 (OC-17) – acts as a catalyst to speed up the development of the shell.

#Scientists used a computer to zoom in.

#It showed OC-17 was crucial in kick-starting crystallisation.

#The protein coverts calcium carbonate into calcite crystals which makes up the egg shell, creating six grammes of shell every 24 hours.

Answer:

It depends

i.e, There is a 50% chance of each coming first

Explanation:

According to  the very limited extent of my knowledge there is a 50% chance of which will come first, consider these examples:

(Example 1):If you are at a restaurant and you order one after the other then whichever you order first will come first.

(Example 2)If you order both simultaneously then, whichever is served first has come first.

This is one of the examples used to help understand the similar outcomes of various other very similar possibilities which mostly share 1/2 probability of which will come first.

I hope that one day a learned statistician will test the hypothesis for this big data and present a well defined answer.

For now I hope this helps
