Which one exists out of pcl4- and pcl4+ and why

PCl4- exist reason behind oxidation number
first you find oxidation number of P
in both compound .

PCl4-
oxidation number of P=0

PCl4+
oxidation number of p=+8

but we know phosphorus oxidation between -3 to +5 so, PCl4+ not possible only pcl4- possible and exist .
