Which one is more important skills or experience?

On the basis of Your Choice Determine, Whom you will choose for any trustworthy work?

a. A person having Great qualitative skills but less Experience.

b. A person having huge experience but comparable average skills.

I think skill is more important than Experience.

I will select the first one that a person having Great qualitative skills but less Experience because if he / she is having skill then he will work in a good manner which is very important for getting success in life.

The thing which i think that experience comes from working and repeating your work again and again so if you have great qualitative skill then you can get or you can reach at top of success very soon or in very little time.

The thing which we should not forgot that experience is something which is possible for any person if he or she is a hard worker but skill is what, skill we get from God in simple skill is God gifted.

I think a skilled person can get experience very fast if person is a hard worker, have postive attitude, have patience, have communication skill and some other important things.

☆ Two teachers of same subject :

• One of them have great experience, very much knowledgable person he is but he is unable to explain the things in an understandable manner to the students.
• While another one do not have great experience, knowledge like first one but he has ability, skill to explain the things in good manner as compare to the knowledgable teacher to the students.

Now question is that to the students...

To whom the students will choose ?

☆ I will choose the teacher who can explain me the things in a good and understandable way, because I want to learn the facts not mugup the the things.

And obviously all the students wants same but if may be someone not also
