Rule is that if we move anticlockwise in cartisean system , we must get x , y , z serially . In option (a) start from x , now we move anticlockwise direction. We get y after x then z after y . Hence, it is correct cartisean.
Similarly we get (b) , (c) are the correct cartisean systems.

But in case of (d), after x , we reach at z - axis. This is incorrect.
Hence, option (d) is incorrect cartisean system

"On referring the textbook, we can get the question with equations. So the answer for the question is as follows.

Among the four given Cartesian systems, the incorrect one is option d). The reason is,

In Cartesian system, if we move in the anti-clockwise direction, we should get the x-axis, y-axis and z-axis in correct sequence. In option a), b) and c), we will get the correct sequence. But in option d) when we move in anti-clockwise direction, after x-axis, we land up in z-axis rather than y-axis. Hence it is the incorrect one."
