 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{27} } = \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} \times \sqrt{9} } = \frac{1}{ \sqrt{9} } = \frac{1}{3} \\ = > which \: is \: a \: rational \: number.
