The correct answer is option C- Elaters  

Foot, seta and central sterile portion is called columella and is found in sporophyte in Funaria.

On the other hand, Elater doesn’t present in Funaria. Elaters is a structure like cells, hygroscopic nature which is why they change its shape on the basis of change in moisture in the surrounding environment.
