Lice living on human scalp is truly considered as parasitic. They live there, lays eggs there. They suck human blood for their growth. The female mosquito can never be considered  a parasite, even though it sucks blood and needs blood for reproduction. Human foetus developing in mother is a natural process of giving birth to offspring but not parasitic. Finally, the cuckoo bird laying eggs is just a brood parasite.
